On July 15, 2024, the Consultancy and Research Hub (CARes-Hub) organized an impactful two-day training workshop with the primary focus on honing the skills of its research assistants in conducting Key Informant Interviews (KII). This workshop played a pivotal role in the preparatory phase for assessing the impact of the Talking Drum Studio/Population Media Center (TDS/PMC) Radio Serial Drama (RSD) show, Barnusietehdeh: Let’s Do the Right Thing, on its audience in Montserrado County, Liberia.
The workshop equipped the field teams with invaluable insights into effectively gathering and analyzing perspectives from key informants. This effort culminated in the successful completion of twenty-five interviews with regular listeners of the show. These interviews provided profound insights into how the show’s compelling narratives and characters have influenced the lives and future perspectives of its audience.
Barnusietehdeh continues to captivate and engage Liberians nationwide by addressing crucial social issues, and its impact reverberates through every broadcast, resonating deeply within communities.
