We are proud to spotlight one of CARes-Hub’s outstanding team members, Mrs. Kemah Dorleleay, a seasoned Research Assistant and Enumerator who has served with distinction within the CARes-Hub institution for several years. Known for her reliability, work ethic, and keen attention to detail, Mrs. Dorleleay has recently transitioned into a new role as an intern with the office, bringing with her a wealth of field experience and a deep understanding of CARes-Hub’s operational and research frameworks.
Mrs. Dorleleay has consistently demonstrated excellence in the execution of complex field assignments, including surveys, interviews, and data collection initiatives that directly inform evidence-based policy and community development. Her contribution has been instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of CARes-Hub data, a cornerstone of CARes-Hub’s research mission.
Now, as part of CARes-Hub’s internship team, Mrs. Dorleleay continues to shine. She plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of CARes-Hub’s day-to-day office operations, supporting project implementation, and assisting in administrative and technical tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. Her adaptability, leadership potential, and collaborative spirit make her a standout among her peers.
Demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning, Mrs. Dorleleay recently completed a short course in Project Communication Management at CARes-Hub, an achievement that further enhances her capabilities in effectively supporting project execution and stakeholder engagement.
