CARes-Hub, in joint partnership with Statistical & Research Services Consortium (SRSC), is proud to be leading the implementation of the Citizens Satisfaction Survey under the World Bank/IFAD-funded Smallholder Agriculture Transformation and Agribusiness Revitalization Project (STAR-P) through the Ministry of Agriculture.
This week, our field team is undergoing enumerators training as we prepare to engage with thousands of smallholder farmers across Liberia. The survey seeks to assess farmers’ satisfaction with the timeliness and quality of project support, particularly in the rice, oil palm, and horticulture value chains.
The training covers essential aspects of data collection including:
• Effective use of digital tools
• Gender-sensitive and ethical interviewing techniques
• Understanding environmental and social safeguards
• Proper documentation and reporting protocols
We are committed to producing high-quality, evidence-based data that reflects the voices and realities of rural farmers. This data will help inform future interventions and ensure that the STAR-P project continues to improve livelihoods and drive agricultural transformation in Liberia.
Stay tuned as we roll out this important national exercise in the coming days!
